I have not blogged for a wee while.
Of late my private life has been forced to the fore and I have had a miriad of issues to deal with sadly.

But at last the light at the end of the tunnel is starting to be seen and hopefully normal service will be resumed soon.

However as the cuts from the coalition start to bite and the truth of them starts to be seen I am starting to find myself becoming angered and pained.

Indeed the deficit we currently hold thats to the financial ineptitude of Brown, Blair and Balls is IMHO worthy of a trip into court, the actions of the Coalition in certain areas is beyond belief.

I am of the opinion certain areas of the cuts are being done in order for the coalition to "suck up" to the Europhiles and indeed despite "Call me Dave's" retoric his agenda is becoming clearer.



These deep cuts in manpower go way beyond saving money. If we were that desperate – and we are – we could cut foreign aid, we could cut the EU "contribution", we could clamp down really hard on benefit tourism, and much, much more.

All that would more than make up for the cost of keeping our minimal armed forces together. What you don't do is take out irreplaceable core capabilities, not even as a very last resort.

But that isn't what it's about. We are seeing here structural cuts which remove that UK's ability to act independently as a nation, and to project our foreign policy. We have moved from independence to a transitional stage where our capabilities have been removed and there is no replacement.

This is easy to see:-

With the arrival of the Lisbon Treaty certain Military Clauses came into effect.

The entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon triggered member states of the Western European Union (WEU) to scrap the organisation, which had largely become dormant, but they have kept the mutual defence clause of the Treaty of Brussels as a basis for a possible EU mutual defence arrangement.

The Treaty of Lisbon also states that:

“ The common security and defence policy shall include the progressive framing of a common defence policy. This will lead to a common defence, when the European Council, acting unanimously, so decides. (TEU, Article 42)”

Soon – as has has been hinted - the real agenda will increasingly emerge: "We will be moving into an era of sharing capabilities with our European allies. The days of being able to do everything are long gone."

On 20 February 2009 the European Parliament voted in favour of the creation of Synchronized Armed Forces Europe (SAFE) as a first step towards a true European military force.

Basically the errosion of the UK military and the arrival of The Synchronized Armed Forces Europe (SAFE). This is a concept for an ever closer synchronization of the European forces under the Common Security and Defence Policy.


Our nation is standing blindfold at the edge of an open grave, its hands bound with a pistol at its head called European integration. Yet, even as our ruling classes seek to destroy the last vestiges British independence, the media slumbers on, never mentioning that elephant in the room.

Silvio Berlusconi to be neutered

And now............The hords of screaming protesting loverrrrrly Italian ladies..........have assisted in bring Italian Premier and Billionaire Silvio Berlusconi before the courts. On Sunday as many as a million women marched through numerous Italian cities calling for him to step down.



The Italian Prime Minster has been ordered to stand trial on charges of having sex with an underage prostitute and abuse of power.
Prosecutors allege Berlusconi paid for sex with belly dancer 'Ruby Rubacuori'
The indictment sheet, issued by a judge in Milan, states the fast track trial will start on the 6th of April.
It is understood Mr Berlusconi will appear before three female judges, which some legal analysts say could be a disadvantage.
If convicted he could be handed a lengthy prison sentence.


He has to sit before 3 female judges.............like he stands a chance now!!!



However it has emerged that Italy’s Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is to be taken to a vet to have his testes removed, the Italian government has confirmed.

‘He has become unmanageable,’ said President Giorgio Napolitano. ‘He goes out every night and is obviously getting up to all sorts, often with some very young kittens. Even during the day he’s either rubbing himself up against you or spraying up the curtains. We clearly can’t get rid of him, so the only remaining course of action is to have him fixed.’

The decision has been made following a number of increasingly embarrassing incidents involving Mr Berlusconi. ‘We can’t take him anywhere,’ said one official. ‘Last week we had to physically restrain him at an international summit when he wouldn’t stop trying to dry hump Angela Merkel’s leg.’

The troublesome Prime Minister will be neutered sometime this week, although capturing the randy 74 year-old is proving to be far from easy. ‘We are still trying to get him inside the special wicker cage, or Berlusconi basket,’ explained the head of Italy’s Neuter Squad, Detective Aurelio Zen. ‘We left the basket in his office but so far he just looks at it suspiciously. It’s almost as if he knows.’

It is hoped that Mr Berlusconi will eventually be tempted into the basket by a trail of little treats including razzle mags, the smell of prostitutes and an invitation to a bunga bunga party. Once Mr Berlusconi is captured he will be driven to the vet and placed under anaesthetic before having his testicles removed.

‘He might be a bit bad tempered for the first few days after the operation,’ explained vet, Vitto Vettriano, ‘but it won’t be long before he settles down to a more sedate lifestyle. He might even sit on your lap, although purely in the platonic sense.’

For many Italians, though, the neutering of their Prime Minister will not be before time. ‘Quite honestly we should have had him done years ago,’ admitted President Napolitano. ‘It would have saved everyone a lot of trouble. I only hope that Mr Berlusconi can find the same level of satisfaction from playing with a ball of wool.’

Speaker's Wife: 'My Husband's A Sex Symbol'

So Sally The Alley ( a name derived from her some what "very friendly" nature as a student)............The wife of the Speaker claims she has been "done up like a kipper" after appearing in a newspaper dressed only in a sheet and describing her husband, John Bercow, as a sex symbol.

"I never realised how sexy I would find living under Big Ben with the bells chiming."

She continued: "Politicians as a breed aren't particularly sexy but I think politics can be sexy because power is an aphrodisiac.

"Since John became Speaker, the number of women who hit on him has gone up dramatically. I don't get jealous because more men have hit on me, too."

But she has now taken to Twitter to say she was "done up like a kipper. Mr B [Mr Bercow] is going to go potty".

Wikileaks, Megrahi release and the UK government.

Below is a copy of the letter of 5 November 2008 from Alex Salmond, the First Minister of Scotland to the Libyan embassy.

This letter was published eighteen months ago by the Scottish Government.

It relates to the Wikileaks news, all over today’s media, that Bill Rammell, a Foreign Office minister in the Labour Government of Gordon Brown was actively engaged in dialogue with Libya about the possible release of Megrahi, in spite of denial by the then British Labour Government.




A spokesperson for the First Minister said:

“The importance of this letter is that it shows beyond doubt that, regardless of whatever the then Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell was communicating to the Libyan authorities, the First Minister made it absolutely clear that compassionate release could not be considered at that time because Megrahi did ‘not conform to the guidance on life expectancy for release on compassionate grounds’, and no application had been received.

It was an entirely different matter by August 2009 when the Justice Secretary took the decision, by which time Megrahi’s condition had become ‘hormone resistant’, and the report of the Scottish Prison Service Director of Health and Care said that his clinical assessment was that a three-month prognosis was a reasonable estimate, drawing on the work of a range of specialists and other Scottish Health Service professionals involved in Megrahi’s care from when he was first diagnosed with cancer in September 2008.‪‪”

The reference in the Wikileak cables that the First Minister said he would take the decision is “entirely wrong, and fourth hand information” – as we said on 7 December. This reference in the cable of 28 October is based on a conversation that the US Charge d’Affaires in London had with an FCO official who himself was reporting what he had heard about a discussion between the First Minister and Jack Straw.

What the First Minister said is that he would reply to the letter on behalf of the Scottish Government – which he did, on 5 November, rejecting consideration of compassionate release at that time.

OTHER COMMENT FROM THE SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT

“This leaves the former UK Labour government with all the questions to answer about its conduct.

“This diplomatic correspondence, much of which has already been made public, totally vindicates the Scottish Government’s position. We were clearly the only ones playing with a straight bat and interested in applying the precepts of Scottish justice, which we continue to do and continue to uphold.

The cables confirm what we always said – that our only interest was taking a justice decision based on Scots Law without fear or favour, which was exactly what was done, and that our public position was identical to our private one.

“The decisions to reject the PTA application and grant compassionate release were taken by the Justice Secretary, according to the precepts of Scots Law.

“The cables also show that the former UK Government were playing false on the issue, with a different public position from their private one – which must be deeply embarrassing for the Labour Party in Scotland – and that the US government was fully aware of the pressure being applied to the UK Government.”


Why am a banging on about this.................because my country plyed this by the etter...........and despite the retoric of many MILIIOMS of others where not the ones who stood before the world..............AND LIED !!!

I doubted Salmonds position on this many times.............all we need now is comms directly to Salmond from Westminster and I hope Wikileaks have them and get them out ASAP.

UK Border Agency Immigration Officer...........................With Initiative

An immigration officer was so sick of his wife that he put her on a terrorist watch list - ­so she couldn't get home from Pakistan.

The officer added her name to the register of people banned from flights into the UK while she was visiting family overseas, reports The Mirror.

When she went to the airport to get her return flight back, officials told her she could not board the plane and did not ­explain why.

She called her husband, who ­promised to look into it - but left her stuck in Pakistan for three years while he had the "time of his life".

An immigration source said: "A lot of people may dislike their other halves but to do this takes it to the next level.

"Needless to say she was confused when she got to the airport as she had never been involved in anything criminal or terrorist related.

"She obviously thought her husband, being an immigration officer, would be able to find out what was going on.

"Little did she know it was him who had put her on the list. By all accounts he then had the time of his life."

The officer was caught out when bosses vetted him after he went for a promotion that required him to have a higher level of security clearance.

They realised his wife was on the watch list and asked him for an explanation.

­He had no choice but to confess what he had done - and was fired.

Farting is set to be made a crime in Malawi.

The government plan to punish persistent offenders 'who foul the air' in a bid to 'mould responsible and disciplined citizens.'
But locals fear that pinning responsibility on the crime will be difficult - and may lead to miscarriages of justice as 'criminals' attempt to blame others for their offence.

One Malawian told the website Africanews.com: 'My goodness. What happens in a public place where a group is gathered. Do they lock up half a minibus?
'And how about at meetings where it is difficult to pinpoint 'culprits'?

'Children will openly deny having passed bad air and point at an elder. Culturally, this is very embarrassing,' she said.

Another said: 'We have serious issues affecting Malawians today. I do not know how fouling the air should take priority over regulating Chinese investments which do not employ locals, serious graft amongst legislators, especially those in the ruling party, and many more.'

The crime will be enforceable in a new 'Local Court' system which will also have powers to punish a range of other crimes in the bill set to be debated in the country's parliament.

These include insulting the modesty of a woman, challenging to fight a duel, and trespassing on a burial place.

It also outlaws pretending to be a fortune teller, according to local press in the country.

Well you cant make this stuff up but guess what.............. A second 17-year-old girl has been named as taking part in what prosecutors allege were sex parties held by the Italian prime minister.

The girl, named as Iris Berardi, was known to police as a prostitute, Italian reports say, and attended one of the events days before turning 18.



The details have emerged from new documents submitted by prosecutors on Wednesday to a parliamentary committee.

Mr Berlusconi says the allegations against him are politically motivated.

According to Ansa, Ms Berardi attended a party at Porto Rotondo, in Sardinia, on 21 November 2009 - just a few days before her 18th birthday. She also attended a party at his villa at Arcore, near Milan, in December the same year.

Ten days ago, prosecutors submitted a 389-page document, in which they said they had proof of payments made by the billionaire leader to prostitutes. The latest document runs to 227 pages.

The embattled 74-year-old has refused to attend questioning on the matter and has vowed to punish the magistrates who, he insists, are pursuing a political vendetta against him.
