Gabrielle Giffords Only Subscribed To Two You Tube Channels - One Of Them Was Jared Loughner's!

So the Lefties put it all down to Sarah Palin and the Tea Party movement - how typically opportunistic of them to use this as a means for their New World Order muppets to call for the disarming of American citizens, (prior to their impending enslavement), closely followed by the same calls in the UK and the rest of the EU, no doubt, (makes the job easier, you see), they never ever change!

SPOT THE NUTTER

Let me blow that "theory" into tiny little pieces without needing to say very much to do so!

This is a screenshot of Congresswoman Giffords' You Tube channel.......

If you look just above, you'll see that she only subscribes to two channels, one of which is Classitup 10.
Now I wonder who that could be? Let's see, shall we, and please do check out his reading material.......

I also believe that in the video what he was trying to say was
"In a few days you WILL know I'm conscience dreaming!"

So - this guy is a total nutter - what a surprise!

And what are the chances of him being yet another NWO patsy?

I REST MY CASE!

US Party Politics And The Arizona Shootings

The shootings in Tucson, Arizona have sparked a fierce debate about whether inflammatory right-wing rhetoric was somehow a party to the murders.

Six people died, 1 of which was a 9 year old girl, and 20 were injured, including Democratic Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head.

Within hours the local country sheriff, Clarence Dupnik, who happens to be a member of the Democratic Party, held a press conference in which he went out of his way to link the murders with political rhetoric.

This has led to a wave of soul searching in the American media and online.

Most criticism has been directed by the left of centre against the Republican right and in particular Sarah Palin and the Tea Party.

The evidence that they have created a "climate of hate" includes Mrs Palin's online campaign map from last year using crosshairs over the Democratic-held congressional seats.

She has also used the phrase "don't retreat - reload".

One typical comment on Mrs Palin's Facebook page read: "You cannot flippantly talk about 'reloading' and putting people on your TARGET list and not expect some nut to take you literally."

It is true that language and symbolism in American political debate is more emotional and violent than in many democracies - but missing from the debate appears to be a sense that it has always been this way and that America has always been a country where the gun has played a role.

The founding fathers called each other "traitors" in print, there have been 20 attempted presidential assassinations, four of which were successful.

JFK, Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy died in the blood-soaked, rhetoric-fuelled, 1960s in which one of the most memorable political slogans came from the Black Panthers: "By Any Means Necessary."

In 2004 the Democrats used a map of the US under the headline "Targeting" and bullseyes over states they were concentrating on - the blurb talked about operating "behind enemy lines".

This may have been less overtly violent than Mrs Palin's crosshairs but is in the same vein, as is Barack Obama's "if they bring a knife we'll bring a gun" speech in 2008.

Sheriff Dupnik introduced the rhetoric idea into the news story at an early stage.

Immediately it gave the media and public a different angle to the usual gun control/loner/drugs narrative which arises after similar events.

A link to political rhetoric cannot be ruled out in the Arizona tragedy - and there is a genuine debate to be had about the relationship between language and violence in the media.

But there appears to have been a rush to judgement that there is something special about this event.

Politics in America has always used the language of the gun, and the gun has always been used in America.

My Opinion............

Jared Loughner.............although I hasten to add not yet convicted, but who is the main suspect as the shooter (must be careful in law here)..........was a looney with a gun.

He was un-hinged.............twisted and indeed in strong need of medical and mental help.

A simple read through this piece will give an idea of the individual at the centre of this.

He slipped through the net.............reading the above piece will show that many suspected but nobody did anything about it.

This was a tragedy waiting to happen..............and sadly it just has.

The blame of Sarah Palin is wrong................trust me I think the woman is a political joke.
Her day time TV program / fly on the wall documentary is just that...........A JOKE.

Her choice of language and the use of the cross hairs may well have been inappropriate with hindsight, but has been a ploy used in US politics for many many years..........and is part of the US psyche.

That did not make Jared Loughner pull the trigger..............he did that all by himself.

I will make an inflammatory statement here.............

Hungerford and Dunblane where horrific gun crimes here in the UK. After both incidents there was a huge overhaul of fiearms laws.

Many gun clubs went to the wall. Many sporting and target shooters gave up the sport.

However none of the legislation passed stopped the Cumbria incident or more recently Raul Moat.

Again un-hinged people who pulled the trigger themselves.

Loss in Afghanistan

Subrosa did a wee post here yesterday on the loss of a Paratrooper in Afghanistan.

She goes on to mention the Wikileaks saga and the effect it is having.

Anyway back on grid............it is further more upsetting to know that the soldier who lost his life that Rosie mentions was in fact potentially subject of a "blue on blue" or whats know otherwise as a friendly fire incident.

Private John "Jack" Howard, died while on patrol in the Nad-e Ali District of Helmand Province.

The 23-year-old, serving in the 3rd Battalion The Parachute Regiment, could have been shot by cannon fire from a low-flying US plane, the Ministry of Defence said.

This is indeed very sad and a full investigation is being carried out. This needs done as a matter of urgency.

As part of the Fire Support Group a JTAC officer should be present to control airpower. The airpower should report he agrees or disagrees with the coordinates or ground assessment before munitions are released, if troops are in the vicinity of a target.

Clearly and issue has occurred and indeed to learn of a friendly fire one at that further reinforces the delicate position our troops find themselves in.

However...............bearing in mind recent Wikileaks and the comments of the USA Military and Government, and even that of the dirty crook and puppet of the US that is the Afghan President........do we think that anyone but us outside of the UK actually gives 2 shits.

A Personal Letter From Nancy Regan

We could all learn so much from this elegant and gracious lady.

You might recall that John Hinckley was a seriously deranged young man who shot President Reagan in the early 1980's.

Hinckley was absolutely obsessed with movie star Jodie Foster,

and in his twisted mind, loved Jodie to the point that to make himself well known to her, he attempted to assassinate President Reagan.

There is speculation Hinckley may soon be released as having been rehabilitated. Consequently, you will appreciate the following letter from Nancy Reagan to John Hinckley:

To: John Hinckley
From: Mrs. Nancy Reagan

My family and I wanted to drop you a short note to tell you how pleased we are with the great strides you are making in your recovery.

In our country's spirit of understanding and forgiveness, we want you to know that we bear no grudge against you for shooting President Reagan.

We are fully aware that mental stress and pain could have driven you to such an act of desperation.

We're confident that you will soon make a complete recovery and return to your family to join the world again as a healthy and productive man.

Best wishes,
Nancy Reagan & Family

P.S. While you have been incarcerated, Barack Obama has been banging Jodie Foster like a screen door in a tornado. You might want to look into that.

Labour Lies and Spin

Well it transpires that our leader and Mr 21 out of 23 Bob Ainsworth have within a week of the historic visit to the troops and the general rehashing of the defence budget been proven to be lying once again.

I a nutshell...........the announcement was made on defence spending.

I blogged here and here on the subject.

I felt the announcement was weak...............VERY WEAK.

Much hype was made of the fact 22 Chinooks where to be purchased.

But...........Never in modern history, has the Government raided the budget of the Ministry of Defence to fund a continuing military operation".

And had Gordon Brown as chancellor not shown complete contempt for our armed forces this decision would not have been necessary if he had not, against all advice, cut £1.4bn from the helicopter programme in 2004.

In excess of 100 servicemen have been lost this year alone primarily due to road side IED's. Another died over the weekend. Fatalities to IED's are preventable on choppers. Total losses stand at 240.

So basically delivery 2013 meaning on average another 300 people may die before the first Chinook even turns a blade. Estimate about 600 deaths.

But that is not the truth..............please see here.

And I quote" As part of a significant re-balancing of Britain’s immediate-term defense spending, Gordon Brown’s Labour Party government plans to buy 10 new CH-47 Chinook helicopters for delivery in 2012-2013, with the intent to buy another 12 Chinooks later. The RAF’s Chinook fleet would increase in size from 48 – 70 airframes, including 8 “Mk3 Chinooks” will finally enter service after a costly and controversial program, plus purchased replacements for 2 Chinooks destroyed during operations."

STOP.............F*****g do what, only 10 with an option on another 12. That is where the 22 figure came from.................an option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Still I suppose a shitty written letter and a stamp is cheaper than a chopper isn't it Gordon.

But you must be happy as long as you have the troops there.............you can kiss ass to the Americans and help then get the oil line out to the Caspian Sea.

Merry F******g Christams !!

Liargate

So the elected Saviour of the World (note the word elected....Yes Gordon he is) ran into a bit of a controversial issue on Weds.

During his speech to a joint session i.e. Both the Senate and the House of Reps an individual called out that he was a Liar.

Now he was in his speech on health reform.

I have a great great friend in Iowa who keeps me abreast of all things US of A and well the health reforms is a bit of a sore subject.

We are all aware that the US is predominantly a private health care system. There are lots of critics of this system, lots of cash buys health, elite doctors yada yada.

A lot of worry exists that as the revenue will be collected via a tax system is that the potential exists for the abuse by illegal immigrants as per the NHS. And the great American public dont want to pay for that.

Personally I can empathise with that position.

However that's not the basis for this post.

The comment was said by a Republican called Joe Wilson from South Carolina. Wilson has apologised (see here) and now his future is potentially at stake(see here).

The basis is that the shock of the outburst rocked the house. It is a given that in US politics the President is applauded by all sides of the house and that definately a higher level of decorum is observed than British Politics. Anyone watching that complete farce that is PMQ's will notice the childish actions of the 646 club no matter which side of the house they are on.
The president is held in a special regard.

So the question I ask is and it is gonna cause some controversy............Bush was a cretin......but got the respect his position showed, Already Obama has been a victim of unheard of before controversy in this so...........is it partly because he is black??????

I mean the US has dealt with political change bigger than health reform before and nothing like this has happened.
The US still has a huge issue with people of colour.

Just a thought??????

Jobless graduate sues college - School Gate Scandal

Yes I know lousy title but all things conscidered a ridiculous story.

Trina Thompson is a 27-year-old, from the Bronx.
She graduated from New York's Monroe College in April.
As with all American universities, her degree cost - $70,000 for tuition alone - and Thompson has not yet found a job. Now she's suing the college.

According to the New York Post, Thompson thinks that the College's Office of Career Advancement did not assist her with finding a full-time job placement.

"They have not tried hard enough to help me," she wrote about the school in her lawsuit, adding that she was also suing because of the stress she had been under.

Thompson graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with information technology, and a 2.7 Grade Point Average. Now she says that her college should reimburse her for $70,000 in tuition fees and $2,000 for the stress of her job search. She also claimed that the careers office gave preferential treatment to students with higher grades.

"She's angry," Thompson's mother, Carol told the NY Post. "She's very angry at her situation. She put all her faith in them, and so did I. They're not making an effort. She's finally finished [with school], and I'm so proud of her. She just wants a job."

The mother and daughter live together, but say they are are struggling to get by. Carol, a substitute teacher, has been the only breadwinner. "This is not the way we want to live our life," she said. "This is not what we planned."

Now fair play for a mature student to go back and do a degree but I am sorry to say here your lack of success is not the fault of the university.

Couple of questions if I may.

How many jobs have you applied for?
What is your interview style like?
Is a 2.7 GPA actually a good result (personally I do not know)?
Is your CV as good as it could be?
How many interviews have you been given?
Is your image/clothes acceptable for the role or interview you are going for?
Are you a lucid communicator?
Are you business aware?
Are you targetting prospective employers correctly?

Or are you sat at home all day watching day time TV with a 70K debit feeling sorry for yourself, when maybe, just maybe, you might be better off, getting up off your beam end, putting a bit of effort in, getting a job doing something and earning a crust to help out rather than crying out "that if you cant be a brain surgeon you wont be anything".

I for 1 will tell you prospective employers would rather have someone who has done something, anything whilst searching for the right job than some couch potatoe that bleats how unfair it is.
