What the Supreme Court Ruling actually means for the Average Person

You know,

Man in the street,

You me and the others whos taxes bailed out the banks.
The banks who the government lent 61 Billion Quid to in November 2008 and tried to keep it quiet.

Now having done that we then went into the "unprecidented financial situation" which did give rise to the big bail out, but no one could predict it???

Bollox.

Anyway back on topic............ what the court ruling actaully means..........pretty simple i would say!!
